PUFFED QUINOA PARFAIT

Ingredients You Will Need:

-Puffed Quinoa

-Any yogurt you prefer

-Raspberries

-Blackberries

Directions:
Start at the bottom of the cup or whatever you are using. Put a layer of yogurt, Puffed Quinoa, and berries if you want. The repeat until the cup is full. Then there you have it! A delicious Puffed Quinoa parfait!

PUFFED QUINOA ACAÍ BOWL

Ingredients:

-2 cups of any frozen fruit you would like

-1 cup of any liquid you would like (milk, orange juice, water)

-2/3 cup of ice

-Banana (topping)

-Puffed Quinoa (topping)

-Strawberry (topping) 

Directions:

Blend the ice, liquid, and frozen fruits together. Put it all in the bowl and gently place fruits gently on top (so they don't sink). Then, sprinkle Puffed Quinoa, (as much as you would like!) for a healthy crunch!
